Dorothy and Freddie Nichols
1987 Special Service Award
This year our Special Services Award goes to a husband and wife team,
Dorothy and Freddie Nichols, for their outstanding dedication to the
Northwestern Community High School Booster Club. As devoted members
of the Booster Club, Mrs. Nichols serves as secretary and Mr. Nichols,
a former vice-president, serves as treasurer. They have both received
Northwestern's Booster Club Outstanding Service Member Award.
Dorothy, a former Teacher-Aide for Jefferson and Stevenson Elementary
Schools is presently employed at Whaley Children's Center, and Freddie,
a retired General Motors employee and presently a active member of
the 659 Retiree Chapter, are the parents of two children and devoted
members of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
